th_time -thermostat time constant
DESCRIPTION
The th_temp variable determines the time over which the thermostat tries to reach the required ionic temperature (th_temp). It is used only if thermostat is set to ON, and ignored otherwise.
The value of th_time must be specified in atomic units of time. It should be large compared to the period of oscillation of the slowest mode in the system. A value of th_time must be specified if thermostat is set to ON.
