 qso2upf is a conversion program that translates norm-conserving
 pseudopotentials written in the www.quantum-simulation.org (QSO) format
 into the UPF format (see www.quantum-espresso.org).

 A description of the QSO format is given at
 http://www.quantum-simulation.org

 The XML file given to qso2upf must conform with the XML Schema defined at
 http://www.quantum-simulation.org/schemas/species.xsd
 The file species.xsd can be used for validation of the pseudopotential file
 using a validating XML parser.

 An annotated XML Schema document is available at
 http://www.quantum-simulation.org/schemas/annotated_species_schema.pdf

 use: qso2upf file.xml file.upf

 The UPF file written by qso2upf needs to be manually edited to specify
 the exchange and correlation functionals used to define the potential.
