DESCRIPTION
The block_atoms command stops selected atoms by setting their velocity to zero. Atoms can be selected by atom name or by species. Specifying all blocks all atoms. The block_atoms command does not prevent atoms from moving during subsequent iterations. For keeping an atom fixed at its current position, see the lock command.
